Activating Change Champions Through Networks

Change initiatives often succeed because of trusted voices inside the organization. Those voices are your change champions, but how do you identify and onboard them? 

This session is a Carolinas chapter-sponsored local event. Our upcoming Change Café will explore how change leaders can intentionally identify, recruit, and activate champions by leveraging the networks that already influence the organization.
